Brasserie WOLF is a charming Parisian brasserie that combines a casual bistro ambience with the culinary standards and service of a fine-dining restaurant. Located along Robertson Quay and overlooking the Singapore river, it exudes classic charm with
mirrored walls and maple wood flooring. its bar counter is perfect for pre-dinner drinks, while the alfresco area is where you soak up the laid-back atmosphere of Robertson Quay.

With chef Philippe nouzillat at its helm, Brasserie WOLF is the closest you can get to authentic French cuisine here. The restaurant’s Lobster Bisque is a must-try with rich flavours. Equally flavoursome is the French Onion soup with delicately caramelised onions and melted cheese. The roasted rack of Lamb with ratatouille with thyme Jus is another favourite – the lamb is drizzled with a sweet thyme sauce and served with ratatouille, a home-style vegetable stew of leek, eggplant, tomatoes, red and green peppers. Just as good is the seared black cod served with mashed potatoes and Provencal vegetables.

For a sweet finale to a fine dinner, try the choux Buns Vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce. The restaurant carries more than 50 French wines from different regions of France as well as old and new world wines. For those with a penchant for fine French food and wine, Brasserie WOLF is where you can host your event in style. For off-site catering and one-stop solution services, do contact their restaurant staff who would be most pleased to assist with the arrangements.
